Last night I attended a very unusual and interesting dining experience on a temporary restaurant set on the rooftop of TripleOne Somerset. Japanese food artist Ayako Suwa created a 8-course tasting "dinner" that explored all the senses of eating. Each course were given descriptions of emotions in place of ingredients and the waiters were so dramatic I believed we were served by Lady Gaga's dance troupe.
Oh this is a herb plus an olive plus a cashew nut. I christened it the "olishew"
